Return & Refund Policy

At Shayan Fiberglass, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Period

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.

The return period starts from the date the order is delivered to the customer.

2. Eligible Returns

A product may be returned if:

  • The product arrives damaged or broken.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The product received is significantly different from the product description.

For damaged products, customers should contact us as soon as possible after delivery and provide clear photos or videos showing the damage.

3. Change of Mind / Unwanted Products

Returns due to change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or simply no longer wanting the product may be accepted within the 7-day return period, provided that:

  • The product is unused.
  • The product is in its original condition.
  • The product has not been damaged, modified, painted, or altered.
  • The original packaging is available where applicable.

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Non-Returnable Products

The following products may not be eligible for return:

  • Customized or specially made products.
  • Products that have been used, modified, painted, or damaged after delivery.
  • Products returned without the required accessories or parts.
  • Products damaged because of improper handling or misuse.

5. Return Method

To request a return, customers must contact Shayan Fiberglass and provide:

  • Order number
  • Customer name
  • Contact number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos/videos of the product, where applicable

After approval, we will provide the return instructions.

Products must be returned using the return method provided by Shayan Fiberglass.

6. Return Shipping Charges

If the return is due to:

  • A defective product
  • Damage during delivery
  • Wrong product sent by Shayan Fiberglass

Shayan Fiberglass will be responsible for the reasonable return shipping cost.

For change-of-mind returns, wrong size selection, or other customer-related reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

7. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify the customer whether the return has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed using the available payment/refund method.

Refund processing may take 5–10 business days after the returned product has been inspected and the refund has been approved.

Any applicable shipping or return charges will be deducted where stated in this policy.

8. Exchanges

If the received product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers may request an exchange, subject to product availability.

If the replacement product is unavailable, a refund may be provided instead.
